Arguably one of the best dance albums of the year, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs‘ “Trouble” is a record that should be thoroughly listened to by all lovers of electronic music. My favorite tune from T.E.E.D’s debut LP has to be his radiant dance number “Your Love.” From it’s fluttering use of synth, to it’s monstrously heavy basslines, all the way down to it’s electrifying vocals, everything about “Your Love” seems to be hell-bent on keeping its listener in absolute awe. With Orlando’s voice acting as the calm before the storm, “Your Love” manages to lull its audience into an almost cosmic trance before it abruptly decides to bombard them with a series of aggressive melodies that will quickly snap anyone back into reality. Because of these two, highly different states, “Your Love” is an incredibly engaging track to listen to and is guaranteed to thrill any audience wherever it is played!
