Hey Golden People! My name is Yassin Khalid (Yaz) and I am the Head Blogger for the music website Upside Sounds. For my first post, I’ll like to offer you guys a gift: this brand-new rework from London producer Mighty Mouse. Genre-tagged under the title “Nu Disco Battle Front,” Mighty Mouse decides to declare war against Kate Bush’s classic “Cloudbusting” and target it with bullets made out of retro 80’s synth, floor-stomping percussion, and groovy melodies. Delivering a track that greatly improves upon the original, Mighty Mouse shows that when it comes to nu-disco warfare, he’s not a person you want to mess with!
